“Leadership in Tough Times”
Presented by Dr. Ronald Heifetz

As social workers, we hope to make a difference in people’s lives, and this work often requires us to take leadership risks. We are facing tough times, as clients are struggling and agencies are fighting to survive. Whether you are a social work student or a seasoned professional, you are in a position to influence others and mobilize change efforts. Dr. Heifetz will explore with us how to use ourselves in the service of advancing what we care about most, as we face day-to-day workplace challenges.
