Admission & Financial Aid

If Simmons had not been so flexible in its part-time program, I never would have had the opportunity to go back to school for a second Master's degree. The faculty, the students, and the general atmosphere of the school make Simmons an exciting, intellectually stimulating place to be.

Simmons social work students will be traveling to Kampala, Uganda

A group of Simmons social work students will be traveling to Kampala, Uganda for four weeks in July. Our goal is to help agencies and communities find sustainable ways to improve their situation.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite the Social work community to a fundraiser at Clarke's in Faneuil Hall (http://www.clarkesboston.com/) on Monday, June 8th at 7 p.m. to help us raise money for the organizations that we (Caitlin, Lis, Bianca, Suzie, Amy, Amy, Jill, Kristen, and Professor Hugo Kamya) will be working with while in Uganda. We are collecting a $10 cover to go directly to these organizations. Snacks will be provided. Any other drink/food is on your own.

Catch up with old friends and make new friends at Clarke?s! Thanks, we hope to see you then!!!
Uganda Team 09 Hugo Kamya, Kristen Archibald, Amy Wong, Bianca Deeb, Amy Gillespie, Caitlin Miller, Lis Modestino, Jill O’ Brien, Suzie Hartmann.
